Capturing demos for Storylane on mobile is easy! Hereโ€™s a quick and simple guide to help you get started.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Using a Mobile App

If your product has a mobile app:

  • Take Screenshots: Open your app and capture screenshots.

  • Upload to Storylane: Just upload the screenshots to your Storylane demo.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Mobile View in a Desktop Browser

If your product is mobile responsive and can be viewed in a desktop browser:

  • Watch this Loom Video: Follow the steps in this video to capture a mobile view

This can be done on a monitor or laptop/desktop

๐Ÿ‘‰ No Mobile App? Not Mobile Responsive? No Worries!

If your product doesnโ€™t have a mobile app and isnโ€™t mobile responsive:

  • Using Screenshots:

      • You can also switch to landscape mode for a better view.

        • Enable โ€œMobile View.โ€ This will prompt users to rotate their device.

  • Using HTML:

    • Go to Settings > Auto-scale Demo.

    • Toggle the setting ON. This will adjust the demo for mobile viewing automatically.

With these tips, you can easily capture mobile-friendly demos for your product. Happy capturing!

Open the on a mobile-sized screen. It should display correctly.
